How to lay it
Add the month, the day and the year, then keep summing the digits until the total is 22 or less. For 10 August 1990: 8 + 10 + 1990 = 2008, and 2+0+0+8 = 10, which is the Wheel of Fortune. A total of 22 folds back to the Fool, who is numbered zero.
