Something starts moving after a stretch of sameness, usually triggered by an outside change rather than your own push. Plans built under the old conditions may need loosening, because the inputs have changed. Read the direction of travel: is this an opening phase or a closing one? Momentum tends to favor people who prepared before the shift arrived, so take stock of what you already have in hand and act while the motion runs your way.

Reversed meaning

The wheel spins without traction. Change happens, but the benefit lands elsewhere, or the same setback circles back in a slightly different outfit. Blaming timing keeps the loop intact; tracing the pattern loosens it. Look at the last two or three times this situation came around and find the point where you stalled, because that repeated moment is what the card is pointing at. A slow stretch still works as maintenance time.
